International Buffet is the buffet held at Iconic Hotel every Friday and Saturday. It offers a plethora of dishes representing various cultures, cuisines and culinary backgrounds. It is an opportunity for gourmands and gourmets to "tour the world" with their palate.

The International Buffet at Iconic Hotel is priced at only RM88+ per adult and RM44+ per child or senior citizen.

A review of Iconic Hotel's International Buffet

My wife and I were pleased to review Iconic Hotel's International Buffet. The food was arrayed in two long aisles, all along the side walls. There are easily some thirty different savoury items, not including the desserts, salads, soup, and fruits. The assorted desserts were a mind-boggling amount.

As is customary for us, we try one piece of each item. That alone filled two plates! Just take a look.

Some times, even the most simple of food and turn out to be one of the most delicious. I am referring to the Baked Baby Potatoes, which I enjoyed very much.

One of the specialities - representing Japanese cuisine - is Shishamo. The name written in Japanese, 柳葉魚 Click to hear

means willow leaf fish. That's because of its shape. This fish is often fried and can be eaten whole. It is particularly delicious when the fish is full of roe.

Japanese cuisine is well represented here. I suppose it's because a lot of people love Japanese food, so there's also sushi, sashimi, udon, and other Japanese items which I also loved.
