The
Moti Masjid, or Pearl Mosque, is named after a mosque within Red Fort of Delhi. It was named after the pearly sheen of its marble. Its name means "pearl mosque". Moti Masjid was built by Emperor Aurangzeb in 1659. It was added to the complex by Emperor Aurangzeb, son of Shah Jahan, in 1659.
From the Rang Mahal, you depart the Red Fort through the Lahore Gate.
