Udhampur (Hindi: उधमपुर) is the fourth-largest city in the state of Jammu and Kashmir in northern India. It covers 39 sq km (15 sq mi) and has a population of around 185,000 people (2012 estimate).

Udhampur is surrounded by eucalyptus forests at an elevation of 755 m (2,477 ft). It enjoys a subtropical climate. The city serves as base for the Indian Army in the state.
