Jalan Chian Heng Kai is a 4-lane main road in Taman Bayu Mutirara, in Bukit Mertajam, Penang. The road is close to one kilometer in length (970 meters). It connects Jalan Song Ban Kheng in the north with Jalan Bukit Tengah in the south. Jalan Chian Heng Kai is a dual carriageway with a divider. It is two lanes in each direction, except at the approach to the Jalan Bukit Tengah flyover, where it expands to three lanes each way. The road is lined with residential and commercial properties, which is separated from it by service roads.
