Jalan Evergreen 5 is the main road in the Taman Evergreen neighbourhood of Mount Erskine, Penang. The road begins at the intersection with Jalan Evergreen 4 and Jalan Halia. It forms a "L", going south and then curving to the west.

Jalan Evergreen 5 is lined mostly with single-storey terrace houses. It was developed out of rural path in the area. In the last few years, the land on the deeper reaches of Jalan Evergreen 5 has been developed with the construction of high-rise condominiums.
