Jalan Fettes is one of the principal roads in Tanjong Tokong. It connects Jalan Tanjong Tokong in the east with Jalan Mount Erskine in the west.

Jalan Fettes extends westwards into the hills as Lebuhraya Halia, a former rural path. On the eastern side, it estends into the reclaimed part of Tanjong Tokong, now called Seri Tanjung Pinang, as Jalan Seri Tanjung Pinang. The road is the commercial hub for Tanjong Tokong, lined on both sides with commercial properties.

A number of roads form junction with Jalan Fettes. They include Jalan Evergreen, Persiaran Pekeliling and Lorong Batu Bukit 2.
