Jalan Heng Choon Thian is one of the major roads in Butterworth. It runs east-west, connecting the Butterworth Outer Ring Road in the west to the Butterworth Kulim Expressway to the east, at the Jalan Sungai Nyior/Jalan Siram interchange.

Jalan Heng Choon Thian is three lanes on either side. It also forms an intersection with Jalan Bagan Luar.
