Jalan Mayang Pasir 3 is a road in Bayan Baru, Penang. It is gradually developing into one of the major roads in the township. Jalan Mayang Pasir 3 connects Persiaran Mahsuri in the west with Jalan Mayang Pasir in the east. It is parallel to Jalan Mayang Pasir 2 and Jalan Tengah.

For many years, Jalan Mayang Pasir 3 has undeveloped land on both sides. But these slowly make way for a number of projects. Pantai Hospital was one of the first to be developed here, followed by Giant Hypermarket. Most recently, the north side of the road is being developed as the massive Bayan City project.
