Jalan Ooi Kar Seng is one of the main roads in Nibong Tebal. The road connects with Jalan Atas in the town centre, and continues as Jalan Byron when it reaches the Byron Estate area.

Jalan Ooi Kar Seng was named after Ooi Kar Seng, a major land owner in the area. Born on 29 November, 1917¹, Ooi Kar Seng received his education at the Chung Ling High School in Penang. He went on to be a rice miller and owned large tracts of agricultural land on Penang Mainland.
