Jalan Oriental 3 is a minor road in Paya Terubong, Penang. Though it is not a big road, it is however the main entrance to Taman Oriental, located on the west side of Jalan Paya Terubong.

Many of the houses along Jalan Oriental 3 were built in the early 1980s. At the junction of Jalan Oriental 3 are two coffee shops, Sin Ming Huat Coffee Shop on the north side and Kedai Kopi Joo Hong on the south side of the junction.

The nearest bus stop to Jalan Oriental 3 is along Jalan Paya Terubong. It is served by Rapid Penang bus 201, 202, 306 and 502.
