Jalan Osman bin Kadir Lit is a narrow country road in the Sungai Pinang area of George Town, Penang. It is one of the country roads that run parallel with the Jelutong Main Road, morphing out of country paths that existed from the early 20th century.

Times have changed, and the once country scenery of Jalan Osman bin Kadir Lit is now being taken over by the industrial area of Sungai Pinang, with mainly the automotive industry occupying the neighbourhood.
