Jalan Padang Tembak Low Cost Flats are six blocks of walk-up flats along Rifle Range Road (Jalan Padang Tembak), in Air Itam, Penang. These flats were built in the early 1960s. Each of them is four storeys tall, with stairs on either ends. Two of the blocks are on the east side of Rifle Range Road while another four on the west side.
