Jalan Pemenang, Penang (23 February 2019)
Jalan Pemenang is a minor road in the Pulau Tikus neighbourhood of George Town, Penang. Presently it is a one-way street with traffic flowing from the direction of Kelawei Road to Gurney Drive.
Jalan Pemenang was named after the Penang Malay Association, or Persatuan Melayu Pulau Pinang, which has its head office in an Art Deco bungalow along the road. Formerly part of Cantonment Road, the stretch was renamed Jalan Pemenang upon the request of the association, which traces its history to 1927.
