Jalan Satu is a minor road in Air Itam, Penang. It is one of four numbered road in the Kampung Baru part of Air Itam. Jalan Satu is the easternmost of these four roads. It curves to the west at its ending, to join Jalan Dua.

The land along Jalan Satu was developed in the post Second World War era, with mostly double-storey terrace houses. Branching off Jalan Satu are two even smaller roads, Jalan Tunggal and Jalan Ulong.
