Jalan Seri Tanjung Pinang is a main road in the Seri Tanjung Pinang area of Tanjong Tokong, Penang. The road forms a loop with both ends connecting to Jalan Tanjong Tokong. The northern end of Jalan Seri Tanjung Pinang meets Jalan Tanjong Tokong at Lotus's Tanjung Pinang while the southern end connects to Jalan Tanjong Tokong in front of Island Plaza. It between, it branches to Jalan Desiran Tanjung, Jalan Peter Paul Dason, Jalan Bayu 1, Jalan Seri Tanjung Pinang 8, Jalan Bayu, Jalan Seri Tanjung Pinang 6, Jalan Bayu 2 and Jalan Seri Tanjung Pinang 1.

Much of Jalan Seri Tanjung Pinang was built on reclaimed land. This area was once the Tanjong Tokong coastline. It was developed in stages over the past ten years. The main developer in this area is E & O Properties.
