Jalan Shaik Eusoff is a country road in Ayer Itam, Penang. It serves a Malay settlement called Kampung Tengah, which is also often regarded as part of Kampung Baru.

There are two branches to Jalan Shaik Eusoff. The main branch connects with Jalan Ayer Itam, and ends near Sungai Ayer Itam. Intersected to this main branch is a secondary branch that connects with Thean Teik Road to the west, and Lorong Shaik Eusoff to the east.
