Jalan Taman Cantik, Ayer Itam, Penang (1 March 2021)


Jalan Taman Cantik is a road in the Taman Cantik housing estate, in the Hye Keat Estate neighbourhood of Air Itam, Penang. The road was laid for access to the housing estate known as Taman Cantik. Today it comprises two branches, both of which connects to Persiaran Taman Cantik.

Houses scattered in the surrounding vicinity also use Jalan Taman Cantik as the address. Lately however, with new development happening in the area, part of Jalan Taman Cantik has been renamed Persiaran Taman Cantik. Over time, houses in that part of Hye Keat Estate may see a change in their address.

There are two vehicular accesses to Jalan Taman Cantik. Traditionally the main access is via Lorong Khoo Hye Keat. A more recent vehicular access is via Persiaran Persiaran Indah, after the road was upgraded from a foot path.

Getting there

The nearest bus stop is along Hill Railway Road. It is served by Rapid Penang bus 204.
