Fujikawaguchiko (Japanese: 富士河口湖町) is a town in the district of Minamitsuru, in
Yamanashi Prefecture, Japan. It covers 158.51 sq km (61.20 sq mi) and has a population of 26,000 people (2012 estimate).
Fujikawaguchiko is renowned for its scenic views of Mount Fuji, particularly when seen from the Fuji Five Lakes. The town was created on 15 November 2003 with the merger of the town of Kawaguchiko with the villages of Katsuyama and Ashiwada.
