Omotesando is an upscale shopping street and neighbourhood straddling Minato and Shibuya wards in Tokyo. It is named after the boulevard that runs through the area, stretching from Harajuku Station to Omotesando Station.

Omotesando Avenue was created during the Taisho era to form the approach to Meiji Shrine. Today it has developed into an upscale shopping district with branded stores such as Gucci and Louis Vuitton.

In keeping with its position as an upscale neighbourhood, Omotesando has trendy cafes and restaurants along its side streets.
