The nearest market is the Pulau Tikus Market (although there is also a makeshift Gottlieb Road Market at the Burmah Road junction).

Traffic

Jalan Bagan Jermal is one of the main roads in Penang, so the traffic here is usually heavy during most parts of the day. There is often a jam at the Bagan Jermal-Gottlieb Road junction.
