Jesselton Heights (GPS: 5.42234, 100.30045) is the filet mignon of Penang real estate. This choicest cut of land is located to the west of Jalan Utama (formerly Western Road). It occupies land that was once a quarry. Thereafter the government used it as quarters for senior executives. By the 1970's, captains of local industries have moved in to build their mansions in Jesselton Heights.
