The JKR Quarters is a five-storey apartment block in Kampung Jawa Baru, George Town. It was built as the living quarters of those working at the Public Works Department, or JKR (Jabatan Kerja Raya). It is within walking distance of the MPPP Enforcement Office, and is across the road from The Birch Regency at Penang Times Square.
