Kafe Evergreen, Penang (29 September 2012)
Kafe Evergreen (GPS: 5.41934, 100.33106) is a coffee shop along Hutton Lane, in George Town, Penang. It runs a single stall selling koay teow thng. I stumbled onto this stall one day, when I was in town with my wife and an aunt. My aunt wanted us to take her to her favourite coffee shop at Kampung Malabar, but it was closed, so we couldn't quite decide what to have for lunch. We just happened upon this coffee shop, which is on the same row as Eden Restaurant.

Koay Teow Thng at Kafe Evergreen (24 January 2013)It is quite "ho1 liau3" (meaning "rich in ingredients" in Penang Hokkien). As for its taste, also not too bad, though it isn't my favourite koay teow thng. My elderly aunt, whose taste bud is no longer that sensitive, found it not salty enough, (though to me, it is already salty enough). She poured her soya sauce from the saucer into the bowl.
