Kampung Permatang Pasir is a small, secluded Malay village between Balik Pulau and Kuala Sungai Pinang. Unlike Kampung Sungai Rusa, it is located off the main road. Jalan Permatang Pasir leads into this village and branches off in different directions to serve the countryside. However there is a road arch at the entrance to the Kampung Permatang Pasir road, so that visitors will not miss it.

Getting there

There is no buses going into Kampung Permatang Pasir. The nearest is Rapid Penang bus 404 that pass along the main road at Kampung Sungai Rusa.
