Kedai Makanan dan Minuman Taman Emas (GPS: 5.43353, 100.30301) is a coffee shop along Gottlieb Road in George Town, Penang. It has a few popular stalls selling laksa, springrolls, chye kuih, char koay teow, curry mee and chee cheong fun. I was first introduced to this coffee shop due to its laksa, which I like very much, even though I must acknowledge that the soup is on the sweet side. I also enjoy having the springrolls with the laksa. It offers the crunch that goes well with the taste of the laksa. The char koay teow and chee cheong fun sold at this coffee shop are both not bad.
