Kiara Indah Condominium (GPS: 5.37297, 100.27661) is a low-density condominium in the high-density Tingkat Paya Terubong neighbourhood. It is a 13-storey L-shaped block with a total of 72 units completed in 1997 on freehold land.

Each standard unit at Kiara Indah Condominium has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, and an approximate built-up area of 850 sqft.

Facilities include 24-hour security, covered parking lot, swimming pool, children's playground and landscaping.

Location

Kiara Indah Condominium is 9 km from Komtar. The distance is made even farther by the congestion which you can expect all the way. I am not sure whether to say it is ideal for people working in the city or those working in the Bayan Lepas area, if you know what I mean. I think it's safest to say that it is ideal for people working in Paya Terubong.

Public Transport

Rapid Penang Bus 201, 202, and 306 are the public buses going to the Tingkat Paya Terubong area.

Amenities

Excluding Sekolah Asrama Paya Terubong, a boarding school, the nearest public schools in Paya Terubong include Kong Min Primary School and a few schools in neighbouring Farlim. There is a makeshift market along Jalan Paya Terubong. Econsave Supermarket is in neighbouring Farlim. Sunshine Farlim is further away in Farlim. Nearest hospital is Lam Wah Ee, about 40 minutes away. There is a Shell petrol station near the junction with Lebuhraya Thean Teik and a Petronas station opposite the Paya Terubong Mosque.

Traffic

Traffic along the main Jalan Paya Terubong is perennially heavy.
