Kompleks Pulau Mutiara (GPS: 5.40652, 100.33525) is a commercial complex in the Macallum Street Ghaut area of George Town, Penang. Located next to Harbour Trade Centre, Kompleks Pulau Mutiara is best known as the home of the Pulau Mutiara Wholesale Market, or Pasar Borong Pulau Mutiara, the successor to the wholesale market at Sia Boey. This is the biggest wholesale market on Penang Island.

In addition to the wholesale market, Kompleks Pulau Mutiara also includes retail outlets and low-cost flats. The retail outlets occupy the section facing Macallum Street Ghaut. It is given the name D'Orient Mall. The flats are arranged in three blocks comprising the low-rise Blocks 8B, 8C and 8D, and the high-rise Block 8A above the commercial podium.

Take Rapid Penang Bus 303 to the bus stop in front of the Sri Saujana shoplots along Macallum Street Ghaut. From there it is a short distance to Kompleks Pulau Mutiara.
