The Penang Kwangtung & Tengchow Association (GPS: 5.41826, 100.34065) is an association of the Cantonese community in George Town, Penang. The association takes care of the community affairs, perhaps best know for arranging burial plots for its community members, and organising the Hungry Ghost Festival celebrations.

The Kwangtung & Tengchow Association Building is a stout, fortress-like structure at the junction of Penang Street and Church Street. The association is said to have been given the grant to the plot going back as early as 1801. The site has been occupied by earlier structures, as the present building in the Shanghai Art Deco style dates only to 1938. The building was designed by Charles Geoffrey Boutcher, who also designed Istana Kedah and the Cenotaph, after it was destroyed during the Second World War.

The Kwangtung & Tengchow Association also runs its funeral parlour at Mount Erskine, as well as manages the Mount Erskine Cantonese Cemetery.
