Le Périgord's Norwegian Salmon Cheesecake (14 May 2016)

Have you ever tried a cheesecake that is savoury? That was what my wife and I had the pleasure of trying, on our recent visit to Le Périgord. This is yet another speciality created by the restaurant's Japanese pastry chef. The cake has salmon blended into it, and is topped with a sprig of dill. It is a first for me, to try a savoury cheesecake, and to be honest, I am not accustomed to tasting cheesecakes that are savoury, but I am delighted to have tried this delicacy.
