Lebuh Bukit Jambul is a hill road in Bukit Jambul, Penang. It was created in the late 1970s when the hillside area was developed. Intended as an upscale neighbourhood similar to Jesselton Heights, parcels of land on Lebuh Bukit Jambul were sold off on 99-year lease for the construction of mansions. There are a number of these two to three-storey bungalows lining Lebuh Bukit Jambul.
The mansions along Lebuh Bukit Jambul enjoy an expansive panorama of the Bayan Lepas lowlands below, but with increased traffic along the road, they also receive their fair share of noise and dust. As a result, a few of these bungalows have either been vacated or been readapted for commercial use.
