Lebuh Nipah 1 is one of the main roads in Lip Sin Garden, in Sungai Nibong, Penang. The relatively short road is connected to Jalan Sultan Azlan Shah on the eastern end and to Lebuh Nipah on the western. It also forms a junction with Lebuh Nipah 2.

Lining both sides of Lebuh Nipah 1 are low-rise apartment blocks. The Lip Sin Market takes place every morning on the Lebuh Nipah end of the road.
