Lebuhraya Bingham is a small hill road in the
Bukit Gelugor part of
Gelugor, to the south of
George Town, Penang. Originally known as Bingham Avenue, it was translated to Lebuhraya Bingham, and is now often wrongly retranslated as Bingham Highway.

Jalan Selatan and
Jalan Bunga Raya.
Lebuhraya Bingham was created in the 1950s, when the area was developed out of former plantation land for residential purposes. The road itself was named after Robert Porter Bingham. R.P. Bingham served as Acting Resident Commissioner of Penang in 1950 and as Resident Commissioner of Penang from 1951 until 1957. Before that, he was the Singapore Commissioner for Labour.
