Lintang Mayang Pasir 3 is one of the main roads in the town centre of Bayan Baru. It is a one-way street with traffic entering from Jalan Mayang Pasir, and exiting at Jalan Mayang Pasir 1. Lintang Mayang Pasir 1 also forms two junctions to it.

Lintang Mayang Pasir 3 is the main street serving the commercial hub of Bayan Baru, with the shopping mall, market, hawker centre and office tower all congregated around it.
