Lip Sin Garden, or Taman Lip Sin, is a residential neighbourhood in Sungai Dua, Penang Island. It was developed in the early 1980's, and comprise single storey link houses, semi-detached double storey houses, low-rise apartments and high-rise apartments. Technically it is separate from Taman Jubilee, but in fact the two housing estates are contiguous. Lip Sin Garden is bordered by the Silver Jubilee Home to the east, Taman Pekaka to the north, Jalan Bukit Gambir to the west and Bukit Jambul to the south.

Nearest petrol stations to Lip Sin include the Caltex and two Shell stations along Jalan Sultan Azlan Shah in Sungai Nibong, the Petronas at Jalan Bukit Gambier, and the Mobil at Pantai Jerejak.

Traffic situation at Lip Sin Garden

The main road through Lip Sin Garden is Lengkok Nipah. It is often congested due to cars parked by the roadside. The situation is made worse by the relocation of Sekolah Menengah Jenis Kebangsaan (Cina) Phor Tay to Lip Sin.
