Lorong Shaik Eusoff is a country lane in the Kampung Baru area of Air Itam, Penang. It is best known as the road beside Chung Ling (Private) High School. On the other side of Lorong Shaik Eusoff is the Malay bridal shop, The House of Red Gincu.

Lorong Shaik Eusoff connects with Jalan Shaik Eusoff which leads west to end at Thean Teik Road. Lorong Shaik Eusoff itself ends at a footbridge across Sungai Air Itam. On the other side, it links to Jalan Shaik Madar. Most of the properties along Lorong Shaik Eusoff are Malay kampung houses seemingly untouched by the surrounding urban development.
