Mak Mandin Industrial Estate is a major industrial estate in
Mak Mandin,
Butterworth. It is on the northern and western banks of the
Prai River. The industrial estate at Mak Mandin is one of the earliest in Penang, being established in 1961, simultaneous to the industrial estate in Petaling Jaya.

Most of the factories at Mak Mandin Industrial Estate concentrate on manufacturing. They produce items such as foodstuff, textile, household appliances, household utensils and the like. The three main roads serving the industrial estate are
Jalan Mak Mandin, Jalan Bagan Lalang and
Jalan Permatang Pauh.
