Condominiums in Malaysia

Most of the major cities in Malaysia now see a development of condominiums, due to the scarcity of land for landed properties. Moreover, urban aspiration of the middle class dictates that many prefer to live in condominiums using shared facilities, rather than having to maintain them on their own. It is to be expected that the higher the number of facilities, the higher too the monthly maintenance charges.
