Shah Alam Expressway, commonly known as the
KESAS Highway, (E5) is an expressway in the Klang Valley. The name KESAS is an acronym of the company that maintains it, Konsortium Expressway Shah Alam Selangor Sdn Bhd.
The KESAS Highway is 34.5 km (21.4 miles) in length. It runs from Pandamaran in
Klang, Selangor to Sri Petaling in
Kuala Lumpur. The expressway is one of the three that runs east-west through the Klang Valley - the other two being the
NKVE and the Federal Highway.
