Masjid Jamek Sultan Ismail, Batu Pahat (10 September, 2016)
Masjid Jamek Sultan Ismail (GPS: 1.85591, 102.94589), or Sultan Ismail Jamek Mosque, is the main mosque in the town of Batu Pahat, Johor. It is located at the junction of Jalan Bakau Condong and the main Batu Pahat - Kluang Road (Route 50). Built in 1996, the Sultan Ismail Jamek Mosque has a blue bowl-shaped dome over its prayer hall, which is flanked on either sides by a pair of four-tier minarets topped by pointed spires. The mosque can be entered via Jalan Perak and Jalan Kluang, which is the main road.
