East Ledang, Iskandar Puteri, Johor (15 September, 2016)
East Ledang (GPS: 1.42148, 103.61657) is a township in Iskandar Puteri, Johor. It is being developed by UEM Sunrise, a member of the UEM Group. East Ledang covers an area of 275 acres. It is located just beside the Second Link Expressway, and is bordered on the northern side by Lebuh Kota Iskandar.
As at time of writing (Oct 2019), the projects being developed are Residensi Ledang, Noble Park and Impiana.
Residensi Ledang is a low-density condominium complex. Occupying 6.6 acres of prime land, it comprises only 117 units. It has condo facilities such as swimming pool, wading pool, Jacuzzi, sauna, gymnasium, children's playground, BBQ area, and rooftop garden.

Noble Park is a luxury housing estate. Each property has a built up area of over 5,000 sq ft, and comes with private swimming pool.
Impiana is a high-rise condominium comprising two blocks. Facilities include Olympic-size swimming pool, wading pool, playground, pool-view glass gymnasium, Jacuzzi, pavilion lounge and yoga deck.
