Jalan Kolam Ayer is a major road in Johor Bahru. It is part of Johor State Route J3 from its junction with Jalan Sungai Chat to the roundabout with Jalan Datin Halimah. The stretch from the Jalan Datin Halimah roundabout to Lebuhraya Sultan Iskandar passes through the estate of Istana Bukit Serene, and so is out of bounds to the general public.
