With the coming of the holy month of Ramadan, The Puteri Pacific Johor Bahru had its Ramadan Food Review on 19 April, 2017, offering members of the media and corporate partners a sneak preview of what's on offer at the hotel and at Persada Johor next door.
The theme this year is Juadah Pilihan Tradisi. It brings together some 100 dishes that represent a broad cross section of favourite Malaysian items from appetizers to soups, main courses and desserts prepared by Executive Chef Azamuddin Ahmad and his team.
Among the dishes available include Botok-botok, Pulut Kuning with Rendang Daging, Pulut Serawa, Roti Orak-arik, Ayam Percik Salai, Lamb Kuzi, Putu Mayam, Murtabak, Tosai, and a barbecue feast of seafood and meat. In addition, the hotel is also having a Dim Sum Buffet Dinner at their Kai Xuan Chinese Restaurant.
My wife and I were invited to attend this buffet food preview, but as we were unable to come, the hotel has provided me some shots from the food review, which I am pleased to show right here.

Hello and thanks for reading this page. My name is Timothy and my hobby is in describing places so that I can share the information with the general public. My website has become the go to site for a lot of people including students, teachers, journalists, etc. whenever they seek information on places, particularly those in Malaysia and Singapore. I have been doing this since 5 January 2003, for over twenty years already. You can read about me at Discover Timothy. By now I have compiled information on thousands of places, mostly in Peninsular Malaysia and Singapore, and I continue to add more almost every day. My goal is to describe every street in every town in Malaysia and Singapore.
