Persiaran Dato Haji Ismail Hassan is a road in Kluang, Johor. The road is in a north-south direction, located to the west of Sungai Mengkibol. It forms a T-junction with Jalan Rambutan in the north. It branches westward to Jalan Manggis, Jalan Mata Kucing and Jalan Mad Lazim Saim, and intersects with Jalan Dato Tan Seng Leong. Persiaran Dato Haji Ismail Hassan ends in a T-junction with Jalan Sultanah.
