Pulau Pisang, Pontian, Johor

Pulau Pisang is a small island off the coast of Pontian. It is 12 km from Pontian Kechil and 5 km from Benut.

Pulau Pisang is noted for its lighthouse. The Pulau Pisang Lighthouse was built in 1886 to help ships approaching Singapore. The original rotating optic was replaced in 1967. Since 1986, the lighthouse is powered by solar energy.
