Istana Anak Bukit (GPS: 6.17473, 100.36544) is the official residence of HRH the Sultan of Kedah, Sultan Abdul Halim Muadzam Shah. It is located on Jalan Anak Bukit, in the Alor Setar suburb of Anak Bukit, which is the royal town of Kedah.

Istana Anak Bukit is located in spacious grounds on the southern bank of Sungai Kedah. As well as being the official residence of the current Sultan of Kedah, it is also his birthplace. Behind the palace is Sungai Anak Bukit which flows down to join Sungai Kedah in downtown Alor Setar.
