Kepala Batas, Kedah (30 July 2016)
Kepala Batas (GPS: 6.20865, 100.40499) is a small rural town in Kedah. It is located on the northern part of Kedah, in Kubang Pasu District, and should not be confused with the Kepala Batas of Seberang Perai, Penang. The name Kepala Batas means the main bund on the paddy field.
Kepala Batas is the location of the Alor Setar Airport, known officially as the Sultan Abdul Halim Airport.
