Masjid Kota Raja (GPS: 5.5868, 100.37419) is the main mosque of Kota Kuala Muda, Kedah. It is located near the pekan, or town centre. The mosque was established in the year 1880, and is therefore one of the oldest mosques in the area.

Masjid Kota Raja has a prayer hall with a hip roof topped with a gilded onion dome. It is flanked by two smaller onion domes at the porch, which has been extended to cover the whole compound. Next to the mosque is a Muslim cemetery.
