Langgar (GPS: 6.14567, 100.4322) is a small town in Kedah and eastern suburb of Alor Setar. It is located within the newly created (as of Feb 2009) Pokok Sena District. The town is the site of the Kedah royal mausoleum, which is also the resting place of the late Tunku Abdul Rahman, the first prime minister of Malaysia.
Exit the North-South Expressway at the Alor Star North Interchange, Exit 178. The first junction is with State Route K8, also known as Jalan Langgar. Turn right, follow Jalan Langgar, pass the Hospital Sultanah Bahiyah, until you reach Langgar.
