Wat Thamkhiriwong, Padang Pusing, Kedah (14 November, 2015)
Wat Thamkhiriwong (GPS: 5.96411, 100.52661; Thai: วัดถ้ำคีรีวงศ์) is a Siamese temple in the village of Kampung Padang Pusing, in Pendang District, Kedah. The temple, or wat, is on the south side of the main road, Jalan Sungai Tiang. It is entered through a temple gate.
Within the compound of Wat Thamkhiriwong is a viharn or ubosot, the main building, which has a triple-tier roof with decorative roof finials called the lamyong. These culminates in a chofah, one for each tier.
Across from the main temple building is a school where Thai is taught.
