SP Plaza occupies a city block bounded by Jalan Ibrahim, Jalan Sungai Layar and Jalan Patani. The anchor tenant at SP Plaza is The Store Department Store. Attached to the shopping centre is a ten-storey tower block housing government departments such as the Inland Revenue Department, Engineering Department, and so on.
